Nos légumes, fruits, herbes, fleurs… et le miel de nos ruches sont les nouvelles notes de notre partition.

The garden has always guided my hand and fueled my inspiration.
Since July 21st, 2025, Arpège celebrates a cuisine dedicated entirely to the plant world.
Our vegetables, fruits, herbs, flowers, and the honey from our beehives will form the heart of this new symphony.
With the joy of a Chef and the trust of our cherished guests, I look forward to sharing this journey with you !
